An initiative for poor and orphaned girls which supports primary and secondary schooling and vocational training of deprived girl children through provision of school fees, uniforms and books.
This project canvasses support for providing education to needy and disadvantaged children with an emphasis on girl children. large number of girls drop out of school before they reach the final grade. This is due to the fact that the foster families they live with are unable to give them the necessary support and guidance.
We administer a student sponsorship program that focuses on girls' access to basic education. Child sponsorship includes: school fees, uniforms, scholastic, lunch, medical care and support, shoes.
This project will support schooling for 120 deprived girls who demonstrate talent but would not be afforded the opportunity to attend school.
"This project takes education as a fundamental human right and denies that it is the exclusive preserve of any sex" - Joseph Z. Mukungu, Director
