Peer-reviewed study shows CFW fulfilling mission

Two authors affiliated with Yale University have published a peer-reviewed paper about HealthStore's CFW network.  The paper is available for free via the link below, and appears in the BMJ Open journal (an open-access online journal associated with the British Medical Journal group).

We are pleased that this independent study shows (among other things) that acutely ill people near a CFW outlet in Kenya (within 30 km) are significantly more likely to seek treatment than those not near a CFW outlet.  Our mission is to improve access to essential drugs, basic healthcare, and prevention services.  This study gives external evidence that we are achieving this mission.

All the more reason to continue supporting our CFW network in Kenya!
