There was a girl, she needed an eye operatorion so as to be able to see well after a tragedy in the school chemical practical.She got some chemicals in her eyes.The school refused to take responsibility.Due to lack of money she was transfered from hospital to hospital from Kijabe to Kenyatta then to Aga Khan hospital. A concerned relative then informed the media(Inooro fm)who helped to inform concerned citizens.In five hours time well wishers had contributed five hundred and fifty thousand shillings which was half of the amount required.The amount required was one million shillings. Through the help of my parents I also contributed and got a chance to be at the Aga Khan hospital with the other well wishers during the operation date,with the merciess of God she survived and she is still recovering. Expectant Mothers - Pupils

It was a shock to find out that in Belgut constituency ,there were 13 pregnant girls who sat for their KCPE exams .Some of them did their exams in hospitals where they were already nursing their new borns. It was really a concern over the rising the cases of pupil's pregnancy and this was attributed to failure by parents to counsel their daughters on dangers and consequences of premature sex. Boda Boda operators are blamed for this as they offer young girls free rides to their respective schools in the morning and ride for sex in the evening which leads to them being impregnated .The government has to do something about this. arbortion is a crime, i gues that there is a song like that and certainly yes there is. any time you want to abort think of how you would feel if your mother aborted you oryour brother. abortion isnt legal in most countries kenya being one of them but how many of us dont think of the reparations of sinful act before we engage in it. aint we the same people who encourage our friends to abort yet we tend oto forget that the whole of getting pregnant was done out of love. to abortion leads to guiltiness, one of could even cause bareness, it causes death among other serious effects. its for this reason that every responsible individual including the kenyan government,churches,schools citizens and organisation has sensitization on this issue and opted different measures to those who dont want to keep their children counselling perhaps.
