Before BRAC USA, Rachael was pursuing her Master’s of Public Policy degree at Duke University. At Duke, Rachael was Founder & President of the Duke Microfinance Club. Prior to graduate school, Rachael worked at UBS as an investment banking analyst. Rachael is an Australian citizen but grew up in Beijing, Guangzhou & Taipei. She is passionate about microfinance & social entrepreneurship.
