Patrick has been with the Men on the Side of the Road project since it was founded in 2001. Patrick is highly skilled in training people, and spends much of his time in the field providing mentoring and guidance to our field workers.
Monwabisi works directly with our project beneficiaries and spends most of his time out in the field. Monwabisi acts as a coordinator/organiser of the site. He actively engages with the men who gather there, and encourages them to become MSR members. He also coordinates the site so it becomes an orderly pick-up point for employers
