250 Orphans and Vulnerable under our care are in a critical moment of lack of food due to a very long drought which has hit our area hence Emergency donations will be used to buy food/posh, porridge.

What is the issue, problem, or challenge?

Long and persistent drought caused drying out of every kind of food . 250 Orphans and Vulnerable children under our care are having no food . We have to work with organizations like Globalgiving of Washington, individuals, well-wishers like you to provide emergency funds to buy food for these children.

How will this project solve this problem?

Providing food and water to the Orphans and Vulnerable children ( OVCs) will help in improving their Education/ literacy from 31.4 to 78%. Funds to this organizations will be used to buy emergency food, water for these OVCs.

Potential Long Term Impact

Food and water to the Orphans and Vulnerable children will help in improving their Education/ literacy level from 31.4 to 78% in this area whose poverty level is at 27% to 62% which is among the highest in Uganda & unemployment due to illiteracy.
