Hannah one of our -ex volunteer who worked with the women and their project was very interested in this project. She just arrived Cameroon from the Uk to work with the women and their Palm Oil project for Three months.
I am glad to report that HIV/AIDS education which was designed and added to work together with the Palm oil project is going on well. Women share these lessons on every sitting. Those who have not yet known their status and were very hard hearted to go in for couselling and testing have been freely doing this. Many of them have been counseled and tested and now they know their status. Those who are positive are following their treatement now without any stigmatization.
The Title of Hanna's HIV/AIDS pack is (STOP THE STIGMA).
Hannah and other ex volunteers are working to fundraise for this project and hopefully to add to the little that has been raised in the central supply unit of this project.
We thank those who have contributed to this project and also plead on other to help these women help themselves so that by March when prices fall a larger quantity can be bought and stored to be sold in bits from the central supply focal point.
As soon as she is ready with the Pictures and especially of the women groups sharing the oild, we shall submit another project with the pictures.
Thanks for reading this report.
