I am gratified by the way this project is currently being structured by SEREP volunteers. I wish to report here that our volunteers Hanah, Pipa, and Philip are very interested in this project.the women groups are being visited in their various localities.
Beside this project, Hannah and Pipa have attached HIV/Aids education. In every visit, HIV Aids lessons are given.
Philip is working in developing the book keeping method for the project. With the current groups that are managing with the little oil so far, and with the continuous support by our donors, much progress is being recorded.
Since it is not easy to have capital at once, the volunteers are encouraging groups to keep on with the little quantity at their disposal while efforts are being made to raise the capital.
Raising enough funds for the project will bypass the intermediaries and purchases shall be made directly from the producers.
As our volunteers have shown interest in this project, we will continue to work with them and also to step up the fund raising. We call on interested persons and those who would like to support this project to do so with great assurance that we are determine to keep it going.
