Donation to Uganda - November 2012

During this past summer the team from Uganda that played in the Little League World Series brought national attention to their need of baseball equipment. Pitch In For Baseball has been donating equipment to Uganda for the past five years and we will continue to help in the future.  This year the plan is to ship a 20 ft. container with equipment such as helmets, gloves, balls, bats, etc.  To give you an idea of the magnitude of this donation, we can pack up what we call a starter kit filled with everything one team needs in a box that is 20 inches x 20 in x 20 in.

The donation, which will include 20 pallet boxes that are approximately 4 ft squared, is our largest donation to date. Thanks to the kind donations from everyone we will be able to help more children in Uganda play baseball and hopefully help send another team to the Little League World Series.
