Project Personnel

Josette Perard - Haiti Country Director

As a founding staff member, Josette has directed Lambi Fund's program for over 15 years. She is one of the few women to head a successful NGO in Haiti and has over 30 years experience in sustainable development and non-profit management.

Ferry-Pierre Charles - Field Director

A Haitian agronomist and community organizer with over fifteen years of experience working with Haitian peasants in the field to develop and implement community-based agricultural projects and to conduct trainings. He has worked for several indigenous development organizations and has conducted research in the field on appropriate agricultural technology.
