Gulalai Ismail - Chairperson

Gulalai, 26, at the age of 16 initiated "Aware Girls"; a young women led organization working for empowering young women. She works on Strengthening Leadership Skills among Young Women, Political Participation of Young Women, HIV/AIDS Prevention among Girls and Women, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, and Peace. She is active part of different national and international organizations

Miss Saba - Executive Director

Miss Saba, age 25, MS in Biotechnology from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Abbottabad. She is the co-founder and working as the Executive Director of AWARE GIRLS since Oct 2011. She has more than five years of leadership and project management experience in development sector. She is also the Board member of United Network of Young Peacebuilders, has received several awards.

Misbah Shahzad - Board Member

Misbah Shahzad, 27, has five years experience of working in development sector specifically women empowerment and entrepreneurship. She has trained more than 2000 girls in entrepreneurship and skill building, and has mentored more than 200 girls for starting enterprises. She has attended several international conferences as speakers. She is a Master Trainer and facilitator
