Ensure safe child birth for vulnerable mothers

At 18:00 hrs a young mother of 17years of age was was refereed through the project referral net work to our Hospital with prolonged second stage of labour. She was examined, prepared for an operation, a C-section was \ done, alive male baby weighing 3.5kgs was saved alive. 

She developed puerperal sepsis after three days which was managed for  one month at the projects expense.The mother and the caretaker were very grateful and excited for the support, care and good treatment offered for free to them. The one wish they had was for the extension of the project to help many more poor mothers dying while giving birth under poor conditions. Please let us join hands for no mother should loose her life giving birth across the world.
