Map of PROMOTING LOW VISION SERVICES Since law Vision Services are non non existant in most parts of the country,Sight Savers International in conjuction with Eye care Education (ICEE) provides tertiary services and training of opthalmologists to enable patients access quality medical attention. on top of the above it tries to equip some hospitals with facilities like Ruharo eye Centre in Mbarara,Benedictine eye hospital in Tororo and also Mulago hospital which is also the national refferal hospital.
