Gregory Rake - President
Mr. Rake served for 20 years in Latin America with MAP International, Project Concern and Mennonite Central Committee in health and development activities. He led successful Health education initiatives related to cholera and AIDS and logistic systems for the Ministry of Heath in Bolivia. Greg has a master’s in Health Services and is an editor of Serving with the Poor in Latin America.
Sergio Araiza Bahena - Executive Director
Sr. Araiza is the Vice-Minister of Finance for the State Government of Chiapas. He has formerly served in the banking industry and with the Minister of Agriculture. Sr. Araiza earned a Master's degree in Agriculture from the National University of Mexico and is currently a candidate for a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Jose Eduardo Rodriguez Mendoza - Supervisor of Community Development
Eduardo developed skills as a nurse technician at the Autonomous National University of Mexico before joining the Mennonite Central Committee in 1989 to work in community organizing and conflict resolution among Guatemalan refugees in Chiapas. He also served Chiapas' state government as a mediator among warring parties during the Zapatista revolution of the 1990s.
