Everaldo Oliveira - General Coordinator
Everaldo Oliveira began working at the Association in 1998, entering as an educator and in 2000 becoming General Coordinator, responsible for the administration of the organization´s projects and partnership building. He has many years of hands on experience in the field of child rights and is very involved in advocacy work for comprehensive public polices to protect and guarantee these rights.
Joanne Blaney - Specialist Course Instructor/Leader
Joanne, a Lay missioner of Maryknoll, has been a dedicated team member of the Project To Be A Woman since 2003, giving non-formal courses on gender issues, sexuality, violence prevention and conflict resolution. She is a trained specialist in conflict mediation and domestic violence and a facilitator of restorative justice practices (Circles of Peace, Emotional Literacy, Assertive Communication).
