Katherine Ragnar - Executive Director

Kathy Ragnar received her Bachelor of Science in Economics and M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from DePaul University. She has been the Executive Director of Sarah's Circle since October, 2006. Prior to her position with Sarah's Circle, Ms. Ragnar served as the Executive Director of Infant Welfare in Evanston where she worked to expand programming for women and children residing in shelters.

Elizabeth Dunn - Development Manager

Elizabeth received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Yale University in 2010.
