Talmage Payne joined Hagar as CEO in December 2006. Prior to assuming this role, he worked for World Vision Cambodia for 14 years. From 2002 until he left the organization, he served as World Vision's Cambodia Country Director. He now overseas Hagar International and its programs in Cambodia, Afghanistan, and Vietnam.
Jane Tafel is Executive Director of Hagar USA, a 501c3 organization that supports Hagaras work overseas. Ms. Tafel assumed the full-time Executive Director role in April 2008, when the position was first established. She leads the nation-wide fundraising effort for Hagar International, along with working to raise general awareness of Hagaras work, human trafficking, and other abuse.
