Rural women are the most affected by poverty. Rural girls are more likely to drop out of school than the boys. They lack access to education, clean water, healthcare, income and yet are expected to provide for and support the family and the sick. The beneficiaries are illiterate rural women, (priority will be given to teen mothers, single mothers /widows and women living with HIV/AIDS), Persons with disabilities, rural school going girls, youth, orphans and other vulnerable children
This community project has programs that meet the needs of rural women and youth, such as access to clean drinking water, education, income generation, health and nutrition, self hygiene, community sensitization and community development in general.
2000 women and youth will benefit from the project.There will be a permanent source of clean drinking water, Household income will increase and the burden of disease and food insecurity will be reduced.There will be benefits of Education support
