Susan B. Gross LICSW BCD - Executive Director, One Village At A Time

Susan has 40 years' experience in clinical work and community organization. She is the founder of Northern Essex Coalition Against Sexual Assault and My Friend David's House (for women and children of color affected and infected with HIV). She also founded and is the executive director of One Village At A Time. She is a member of the Northern Essex Divorce Council.

Monica is the founder of K-MET after she was a maternity nurse at Kenyatta Hospital. K-MET was founded in 1996 to expand access to quality health care and empower women.
