A new brand of leader is needed to tackle today’s challenges. Training in strength based leadership, communications, coalition building and diversity are a just a few of the benefits of ELP’s program.
Today’s complex environmental challenges call for a new brand of leadership. ELP will provide 11 days of training in strength based leadership, diversity and public communications to 20 emerging leaders of the Southeast US who come from academia, business, government and the non-profit sector. Upon completing the training program, these Fellows will join ELP’s Senior Fellows Network of over 400 graduate from across the country who are working towards a just and a sustainable future.
ELP Fellows participate in 3 overnight retreats in the course of a year to build their leadership capacity and develop personal leadership plans. Fellows also work together to develop public issue forums, networking events and national conferences.
Today's environmental and social change issues require more diversified leadership. ELP is building a diverse network of leaders who are capable of addressing those issues.
