Aside from 4 years with OXFAM-Quebec, he has spent his entire career with NEF since 1992 in the High Atlas Mountains, as administrative assistant, coordinator of appropriate technology prototypes, then community development with increasing responsibility. In 2004 he directed NEF’s rural civil society & development project, now emphasizing primary education reform.
