The rural population migrates invariably to urban areas due to lack of employment opportunities in rural areas. The rural women’s are school dropouts who lack in productive skill. The poverty and unemployment problem will be solving through vocational skill training inputs and will become a successful entrepreneur. Manju joined an EDUCATR Jute bag diversified products Training programme. Now Manju produces a Jute bag of marketable quality which earns her decent livelihood.
100 rural women / girls trained in 4 batches Modern dress making and embroidery 100 rural women / girls trained in 4 batches DTP computer operation 300 rural women / girls will be trained on 15 EDP Courses,
The employable skiing training programme aims to improve the long – run economic status of women and their families through new business / self employment start. The project will be trained 500 rural women / girls on various skills.
