Summary
This program will empower more than 180 children dropped out of school in the Polewali Mandar regency, Mamuju City and West Sulawesi, give them life skills and help earn income.
What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
The Puspem team carried out the identification of the program life skills for Children Dropped Out of School in 2 regencies in West Sulawesi, skills include: printing media, sewing, making cakes, driving a car, making bricks, business skills, family welfare and etc that will be implemented over 18 months. Children (180) will be in this project.
How will this project solve this problem?
Participatory planning, micro project preparation, training in life skills for children, providing scholarships for children, giving help of capital of efforts with rolling system, monitoring and evaluation.
Potential Long Term Impact
More than 180 children dropped out of school in Polewali Mandar regency and Mamuju city will be helped with building life skills, and scholarships will be given for 30 children, so their lives could improve.
