Thank you so much for your unwavering support!

Dear Donors,

We extend our thanks to all of you for your immense support!

We are pleased to say that the ongoing support of Global Giving has helped us open up the confidence in the minds of many poor children with respect to their education.

Students who were enrolled in this support are now pursuing their IX Std. and most of them have secured good marks in their quarterly examination, with the exception of few who require coaching in certain subjects.

In August 2012, we organized a function inviting the students and their parents under this support. As our Annual General Body meeting was calendared on the same date, we had the honour of our Board President Mrs.R.Gayathri and other members to distribute the Educational Material Kit to our students.

We place our entire belief that your support would continue in the days to come as well.

Your actions today will continue your legacy of generosity in the lives of these future leaders. We will come up with more updates on the project and the beneficiaries soon.

Name                          :           S.Sasidaran

Grade                          :           Std.IX

School                         :           Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Alakarai, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District

S.Sasidaran is studying 9th Std. in the Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Alakarai. He belongs to a very poor family. Two years back his father expired in an accident. Even before his father’s demise Sasidaran’s family was in a very poor shape. His father never used to support the family neither do any work. His mother was the only source of income to the family. She is a weaver and earns Rs.30/- per day. With this little income she had to support the entire family. Three meals a day was uncertain for them. They live in a rental house. Though they have relations they do not support her in times of difficulty.

With warm regards,

J.Raju,

Secretary, SPPD.
