Christina von Heyden studied Geography, Sociology, Ethnology and Psychology in Berlin and obtained her diploma degree in 2008. Before becoming the Director of the Noah Foundation in July 2010, she was working for several non-profit organizations, including the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Fairfood, the AIAS - Aachener Institut für Afghanistan - and the GTZ- Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit.
