Raichle Farrelly - Co-Founder, Project Wezesha

Raichle (Rai) is a linguist and second language teacher educator. She traveled to Tanzania to work with English language teachers in a village in Western Tanzania. After developing some beautiful relationships with the villagers, she decided to develop a scholarship program to support motivated, bright young students who had hopes of continuing their education after primary school.

Lucas Lameck - Co-Founder, Project Wezesha

Lucas Lameck was raised in Mwanga, Tanzania and completed his secondary school education in nearby Ujiji. He is committed to increasing access to education as a tool for empowerment in his community. Lucas is essential to the scholarship program and Project Wezesha. He identifies the students, ensures that their fees are paid on time and sends updates as they progress through their studies.
