Kenya Wildlife Service

By a male, 22-30 years old, in Nairobi, Kenya
Map of Kenya Wildlife Service Kenya wildlife Service is an organization discouraging poaching and deforestation in Kenya. The government of Kenya has deployed more rangers to protect these forests but there efforts seem not to be bearing fruits. People in my community are really destroying the Ngong forest and the government seems to be doing nothing about it. In about two years to come the forest would have been finished. Some of the people in my community are hunting down the wild animals such as elephants for their tasks since they cost of money. This tasks are then exported to other countries. Lately the government has arrested some people trying to escape with the tasks but this is too little. More is to be done if corruption stops in this organization. Read more.
