Rosa Acuna Destroyed Home

Rosa Acuna Destroyed Home
Rosa Acuna's Afro-Peruvian community of 7,000 people is suffering its second catastrophe in less than a decade when a flood wiped away much of the region's infrastructure. With little attention being paid in her town, she has not lost hope: "We keep our faith in God and are sure that somebody will help us,” she told CHF which is looking to focus on this devastated yet neglected community.
