Rae McGrath has over 20 years of experience working in and responding to post-conflict, disaster response, and community rehabilitation situations. He has worked in numerous countries during his career, including Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Pakistan, and Somalia. McGrath has authored several key human rights reports and in 1990 founded the Mines Advisory Group, a de-mining NGO
