Provide early intervention services for 300 children in Hyderabad, ranging from new born babes to two year olds and also to the children of pre school age in three years time period.
In India every year 25,000 children are born with hearing impairment. Hearing Impairment is an unseen disability which doesn’t evoke immediate support. Recognizing the need to provide special educational facilities to the children with hearing impairment, Little Angels School for the Hearing Impaired was founded by Ashray Akruti in 1996. It started with five children and now caters to the educational needs of 161 children. Till now more than 84 hearing impaired children have been integrated.
The project will help in early detection and intervention of hearing impairment among children whereby they would be offered immedete support which shall help them to pick up good sppech and language
Ashray Akruti will provide services for over 300 children ranging from new born babies to 2 year olds & also to the children of pre-school age, which shall help to utilise the critical age to the maximum
