Dom Williams - Trustee Fly the Phoenix, co-founder and director of The Phoenix Projects

Dom spent 4 years investigating, researching and traveling South America, finally settling in Guatemala where he has lived since 2000. Dom and Doreen set up their first Indigenous project in San Andres Itzapa, Guatemala in 2003 and due to the success and advances made, they have set up further Indigenous projects throughout Latin America, with the help of local community leaders.

Sarah Riggott - Fly the Phoenix CEO

Sarah's passion for development was ignited during her degree in International Business Studies and French. After graduating in 2005 Sarah immediately signed up to work with Phoenix and has done for six years. First as project staff in Guatemala and Honduras, then director of Guatemala and finally heading up the charity, Fly the Phoenix, allowing her to team her passion with her fundraising skills

Doreen is born and bred Guatemaltecan, hailing from Guatemala City, where she earned a degree in Marketing and International Business from Rafael Landivar University; she decided to set up projects to help her country, its people and its visitors.
