Marie Charles, MD, MIA - Chair and CEO

In November 2001, Dr. Marie Charles founded Global Medic Force. She previously served as both Chief Operating Officer of IATEC (University of Amsterdam) and co-founding Managing Director of PharmAccess International (PAI). Dr. Charles received her MD from Catholic University Leuven, Belgium and her Masters Degree in International Affairs (MIA) from Columbia University in New York City, USA.

Katie Graves-Abe, MIA - Director of Operations

Prior to joining Global Medic Force, Katie Graves-Abe worked as a Policy Analyst at The Alliance for the Betterment of Citizens with Disabilities and as the Program Coordinator for the America Reads After-School Literacy Program at Columbia University. She has a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
