Project Personnel

Jay A. Nash - Chair

Assisted disabled persons as a Peace Corps volunteer in DRC and when working for Catholic Relief Services in Angola and the Dominican Republic. After returning to Congo in 1998 to work for USAID, assisted a group of disabled Congolese friends to establish a brace shop where poor disabled youths could obtain free orthopedic equipment, then helped found IPVRC in the U.S. to serve as a funding source

Sarah Eagleton - Project Manager

Sarah began working with IPVRC as a volunteer and later accepted the position of Project Manager. Sarah is based in Kinshasa and works directly with IPVRC beneficiaries and volunteers, supporting and assisting administrators, carers and orthopedic technicians to accomplish their work well and efficiently in adherence with IPVRC guidelines and obligations.

Caroline Savitzky - Development, Liaison, and Administrative Officer

Caroline is a social worker and her work focuses on improving health for the most neglected and marginalized people. She currently works as IPVRC’s Development Officer based out of the U.S. while also working at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Inc., primarily with low-income people living with HIV/AIDS in gaining and maintaining access to healthcare.
