What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
Although PROCOSI and its member organizations have traditionally relied on funding from international donor agencies, funding levels from these sources are being reduced. In an effort to help its members expand and diversify their funding bases and financial risk, the PROCOSI Secretariat proposes using an innovative, blended learning technique to develop the capacity of its member organizations to draft compelling business plans.
How will this project solve this problem?
This innovative Business Planning Program, entitled 'The Art of Crafting a Business Plan for Social Return on Investment combines face-to-face sessions with an interactive CD-ROM and online coaching.
