Nisha Sachdev worked in a juvenile detention center in Michigan and then relocated to Washington, DC in 2003. Here she worked as a high school teacher at a school for children with emotional and behavioral problems. It was here Nisha experienced the lack of resources that faced youth in DC. Since 2006, Nisha has been the Executive Director of Coaching for College.
