Extensive experience managing environmental and community service projects in Chennai (formerly Madras). From 1994-1999, she worked with Exnora International, an NGO where she implemented various programs concerning solid waste management and environmental youth service projects. She manages World Corps India’s Community Information Center and Employment Generation projects in Kuppam.
Strategic partnership development with government agencies, elected representatives, NGOs, private companies, and rural community members. Ten years' experience coordinating community development work in poor neighborhoods of South India as founder of the Youth Social Service Movement and with Exnora International. Co-founded India Conservation Corps. MS in Gandhian Thought, Univ. of Madras.
