Lori Nelson - Executive Director

Prior to founding ENCOMPASS, Lori was the Director of Youth and Education Programs for the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ). For 16 years, Lori managed a program department of ten staff members and hundreds of youth and adult volunteers while creating the best youth programs in the field.

Skyler Jackson - Associate Director

Skyler graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Psychology, Minor Degree in Feminist Studies, and Minor Degree in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. At Stanford, he was program director of the LGBT Community Resource Center, he directed Safe and Open Spaces at Stanford, a campus workshop program aimed to create and sustain dialogue concerning sexuality, homophobia, and gender.
