Rachel Jones - Vice President

Rachel is currently employed at AECOM in downtown Orlando, she specializes in wastewater treatment design and has experience in permitting and construction services. She is a member of ASCE and volunteers locally with Seminole County Watershed Action Volunteers (WAV) and Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) in an effort to spread the word about science, math, and engineering to young females in the area.

Andrew Eiland - Secretary

Andy Eiland graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Civil Engineering. At WilsonMiller, Inc., his work includes all aspects of site and underground utility design for both commercial and residential sites as well as roadway projects. He and his wife are active in their church and since 2005 Andy has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers Suncoast Branch.

Tom Burke - Treasurer

Tom Burke graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1957 and served in diesel and nuclear submarines. Following this he worked on the construction, and operation of power plants. His career includes 5 years as the project manager for a large nuclear station and 8 years in Saudi Arabia and Paris building power and desalination plants, airports, and housing.
