EXPOSURE VISIT / ROOSTING SITES:
Lost quarter (3 Months) from the bats camps (seminar) workshops. we have selected the interested volunteers for the Exposure visit to bats roosting sites.
It would be an adventurous trip, we visited the area near “Aathoor” (migrating bats roosting sites) to view of bats. As they viewed in person they understood more than the seminars. They came to understand
¨ Migrating species / and their roosting sites of bats
¨ Knew the bats catches for Asthma
¨ They understood is purely myths / information
¨ Knew the conservation procedure
¨ Knew about “endangered” status try Dept. of Forest
Totally it was very useful programme for the trainers.
