Mission

The mission of Horizon Lanka is to generate computer proficiency in rural Sri Lanka, creating educational opportunity and financial prosperity. By empowering youth with web design skills and English fluency, schoolchildren are able to reach previously unavailable job markets and tap into new successful means of earning income. Forging these new resources in agricultural regions allows students to elevate themselves and their families out of poverty and brings new potential to their villages.

Programs

Digital Ambassadors aim to diffuse training to other local students; eVillage works to enhance local agriculture through computer proficiency; Digital Butterflies donate computers to local families.
