On October 27, 2010, our staff taught locals at Boudin--a small town in the Lower Artibonite region--how to make a chlorine solution mix for household disinfection. (The town's iron tank was deemed not suitable for a direct chlorinator installation. It was made out of iron, which rusts, and the pump which filled the tank was broken).
