Andrew Eiland, P.E. - Project Lead, Chapter Secretary

Andy Eiland graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Civil Engineering. At WilsonMiller, Inc., his work includes all aspects of site and underground utility design for both commercial and residential sites as well as roadway projects. He and his wife are active in their church and since 2005 Andy has been a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers Suncoast Branch.

Brooksie Barton, P.E. - Project Health Point Person, Chapter President

Brooksie graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Civil Engineering. She is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and Louisiana and specializes in transportation design. Brooksie is also CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. She is a founding member and current chapter President of the EWB-USA South Central Florida Professionals chapter.
