Campaign is Finished for this Year
By Tom Arsenault | Overseas Program Manager
It’s now October and the Circle Our world With Love campaign has ended on September 30. This was our first annual campaign that supports ASAP projects and runs from July 1st until September 30 each year. We managed to get a total of 7,194 miles dedicated to ASAP – not bad for the first year. The project supported this year was Tool Kits for Youth in Nicaragua. Young entrepreneurs often have the skills training but cannot afford the tools they need to practice their skills and support their families. A simple tool kit can change the lives of a whole family. The 'Circle Our World WIth Love' campaign will be posted on Global Giving again next year starting at the end of June. Thank you to all the folks who supported this project. Please consider donating to our other project to fund girls’ school fees in Zimbabwe. A girl in school is less likely to be infected with AIDS. Thanks again for your support.

Circle Our World With Love - Last Month
By Tom Arsenault | Overseas Program Manager
Well here we are in September and we have registered almost 6500 miles in ASAP’s ‘Circle Our World With Love’ campaign. That’s great for the first year of our annual and next year we’ll do better. We have people doing running, walking, swimming, bicycling, golf carting and paddling. It’s a lot of people having fun with a dedication to making our world a little better place.
The most impressive has to be Pat Bannon from Leeds England who is doing a five day bike challenge in the French Alps! He will follow the same track as the Tour de France.
There is still time for you to add your miles before the end of September. Come on, join the fun and help Circle Our World With Love.
