Get involved! ASAP's 1st annual "Circle Our World With Love" fundraising campaign will help poor families in Nicaragua become self-reliant. Together, our compassion will reach all the way around the globe - 24,901 miles - and raise $24,901 by September 30th. Just complete a dedication form to register a walk, jog, run, bike-ride,....you name it! Every mile counts! All funds raised will support ASAP's "Tools For Artisans and Farmers in Nicaragua" project #2183 featured here on Global Giving.
Nicaragua is the poorest country in Central America. 70% of the population lives in poverty. Promising youth often learn vocational skills such as carpentry, farming, leather and shoe repair. Too often, dreams are shattered because the expensive tools required to put their skills into practice, to create an enterprise that will help feed their families, remain out of reach. As a result, the entire family suffers.
Your participation in ASAP's 1st annual "Circle Our World With Love" campaign will support the "Tools For Artisans and Farmers in Nicaragua" project #2183 on Global Giving. Your participation will help provide the tools needed by entrepreneurs, subsistence farmers and artisans to practice their craft, survive and thrive.

You can help make poverty something you only read about in history books. Your participation in the 1st annual "Circle Our World with Love" campaign will create jobs, spark hope, growing each year, helping more and more families take the first step out of poverty by providing the tools for farmers and craftsmen to lead productive lives.
Show your passion for ending poverty by dedicating miles and/or donating dollars to ASAP's first annual "Circle Our World With Love Campaign" and help us reach all the way around the globe. - Tom Arsenault, Overseas Program Manager
