The boys and girls from Turbo celebrated International Water Day and International Earth Day by developing a series of academic and recreational events that included a concert, workshops and the presentation of the Children´s Land story book.
Thanks to the support of our allies we were able to organize a 3 day agenda in the school were all the student body was able to participate. Additionally, the project provided copies of the Children´s Land storybook to several public schools in the area that also participated in the celebrations.
Academic activities focused on the appropriate use of natural resources, training of young adults in the Childen´s Land Methodology and motivational exercise with boys, girls and teachers.
