Challenge

We need help providing the following 7 days a week 365 days a year: meals (3 times a day), shelter, medical services, bedding, clothing, hygiene products and educational materials such as school supplies all year long for the 120 children in our care. The children range in age from 6 - 17 years old and rely on us to provide their basic life necessities!

Solution

This project will help provide food, clothing and shelter for 120 children a year who constantly need items to survive. It will also provide regular medical services and check ups, blankets, sheets, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.

Long-Term Impact

By providing basic necessities for children, we are able to teach them the importance of safe shelter, how to care for their belongings, the importance of good nutrition and help them heal from their trauma so that they can transition to a family.

Additional Documentation

This project has provided additional documentation in a Microsoft Word file (projdoc.doc).
