Sumedha Kailash - Director

She has been involved with the issue of bonded and child labor, women in mines and quarries and other unorganized sectors for over 25 years. She started her career as deputy editor for a weekly magazine after her post graduation. She has been serving as Director of Bal Ashram Trust since its inception in 1998. She is a recipient of prestigious Dalmia Award for Peace and Harmony.

Sandhya Lakshmi Ch. - Project Coordinator

She has been associated with Bachpan Bachao Andolan and Bal Ashram for the past 2 and a half years and has worked primarily as a researcher before becoming a Project Coordinator. She started her career in the field of Market research having worked with WPP Group before moving to the development sector.

Nirpender Singh - Manager

A graduate in Social Work from one of the most prestigious colleges in the country, he has vast grassroots experience working closely with the field activists as well as a project coordinator of several projects. He has been associated with Bal Ashram Trust for the past 6 years.
