Education The Girl Child

Map of EDUCATION THE GIRL CHILD In Suba districts in Nyanza province it was a crime to educate a girl child. Girls could stay back at home and do chores while boys went to school to learning and ripping good fruit for their future and then marry uneducated girl. But this was not in all parents. One of the parent Mr. Oriko believed that everyone is equal in the eyes of God. So he decided to educate her girl. Villagers laughed at him and telling him that he was wasting money doing nothing. But the man did not give up on the struggle since he knew success was not for the chosen but for the few who have chosen. The girl worked hard at school and achieved good grades. She joined her Secondary and then to the university. where he achieved to become a lawyer. Villagers were surprised saying that the man used witchcraft. The girl used her post and present her case to the Minsitry of Education. The government was so concerned and reacted on the issue very quickly. They were educated about the importance of education the girl child. At first it was very hard to convince them. But cert they come to understand and changed their attitude towards girl child. New Library

Map of New library We had assembled that early morning for opening of our library at sidenti primary school. The school which was only 3 years old had gone from a semi permanent classes to now being a fully stone built modern primary school. The safaricom foundation in their cooperate social responsibility had identified the need for an ultra-modern library in the community the school had performed exceptionally ever since it inception and the library would help improve the grades of pupils in the schoo;. Getting Knowledge
