A global consulting firm worked with ChangeEducate to host a case competition at Duke University this fall. Masters of Management Students at Fuqua (Duke's business school) analyzed data provided by ChangeEducate to come up with recommendations for how ChangeEducate should launch into the national education market.  Furthermore, the teams worked to determine what price the DVD should launch at in order to appeal to a teacher market with low funding while also maintaining the organization's sustainability. The winning team will work with ChangeEducate to implement the findings. This was an incredible opportunity that will ensure that our valued funders' donations go toward proven marketing and launch strategies which will ensure ChangeEducate's success and sustainability in the future.

In addition, our donors have funded the production, distribution, and training of a number of pilot schools this fall. Currently the ChangeEducate curriculum is being piloted in 5 classrooms, with more on the way! We are beginning to conduct assessments of the pilot feedback so that we may incorporate teacher and student suggestions into the creation of a more perfect curriculum, also thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors.
