Elizabeth Tunoi - Patron
Dynamic Community leader and Women's Group organizer, Mrs Elizabeth Tunoi is the inspiration behind the project. The vocational training program is her brainchild. A former Bank employee, then assistant to the Headmistress of a prominent High School, and mother of six children, Mrs Tunoi knows about the needs of young people. She has convinced her community by creating the Kenyan RAFIKI YA MAISHA.
James Chirchir - Chairman
A resident of Chepkanga location and Insurance broker in Eldoret town, Mr Chirchir is a natural chairman. His community responsibilities allow him to be instrumental in reaching out to the politicians and encouraging the local authorities to invest in our development projects. He participates in the Community Development Fund for the Constituency and liaises with the Member of Parliament.
Michael Kimaiyo - Secretary General
A former town clerk at the Eldoret Town Hall, Michael Kimaiyo has been the secretary general of Rafiki Ya Maisha Kenya since the very beginning of the project in 2007. He works selfless hours to see the future of the vocational center become a reality. His past experience with putting up the village primary school, makes him one of the pillars of this new educational project.
